How We Handle Shipping

Our goal is to unite you and your puppy in the most stress-free manner possible. We put the safety and happiness of your puppy above everything else!

Although picking up your puppy in person at the breeder is ideal, we understand this is simply not practical for everybody. To accommodate those who cannot pick up their puppy in person, we offer two travel options:

1. Puppy Air Travel

  • Airport Selection: We’ll find and choose the most convenient airport that provides a Pet program and an incoming flight schedule that is best for the pup.
  •
  • Coordination: We take care of communicating and coordinating with you and the breeder to insure your pup is well-prepared for their travel day. We work with you and the breeder to coordinate schedules, and you will be provided with a full flight itinerary.
  •
  • Puppy Pickup: You have the option to pickup your puppy from the nearest airport to your location or let one of our certified nannies deliver the puppy at your door step. We love this because we get to spend extra time with your pup in helping them to have the best travel day possible!
  •
  • Accommodations: After good-bye kisses and check in, your puppy will travel in the comfort of a new airline-approved kennel with absorbent bedding, food, and water.
  •
  • Joyful Reunion: We stay in touch with you to let you know your pup is safely on its way, and will wait to hear the good news of your new pup arriving safely in your arms!
  •
  • Rates: Air travel starts at $100 for Delta or American. United Airlines is an additional $100. Prices may vary depending on size, temperatures, and destination to cover additional costs. Rates include travel costs, your puppy’s health certificate, and travel carrier. You

2. Puppy Ground Travel

  •
  • Puppy Pickup: Next, we’ll pick up your puppy from the breeder and transport them to your home or a pre-arranged third-party location. We love the opportunity to hang out with your pup for the day and make some road-trip memories (and potty stops) together!

Health Guarantee

We take pride in the fact that our relationship with you does not end when you take home one of our Teacup Puppies. As a conscientious breeder, experienced puppy counsellors, and die-hard puppy lovers, we’d like to

believe nothing can ever go wrong with our puppies. However, certain things are never in our control. A puppy’s health is dependent on a lot of factors like genetics, exercise, food & nourishment and overall care. If something does go wrong, we always strive to help oftentimes even when our guarantee doesn’t cover it. While we may not be able to guarantee that your puppy will never have a health problem, we guarantee that we will do our best to ensure your new family member is a healthy one!

We do not believe your puppy is replaceable but we do believe that sometimes the pain can be lessened in the company of another furry friend. In the unlikely event of the death of a puppy within two years from its birth due to genetics, or if the puppy is found to have congenital or hereditary disorders (within two years) which adversely affects the health of your puppy, we will replace the pet with another of equivalent value at no cost to you. The cause of death should be certified by a licensed veterinarian.

Nothing delights us more than knowing we were able to bring a healthy, happy puppy to you. We do seek out your help to ensure your puppy remains healthy. Here are a few measures that will help:

Send us a copy of the examination (medical record) within 2 business days of receiving your puppy. The examination must be performed by a licensed veterinarian. Your puppy will come with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations, so make sure you do not vaccinate within the first ten days of receiving your puppy. The daily healthcare and maintenance of your pet, including all the recommended immunisations and examinations. While we de-worm and vaccinate your pup till the departure date, we’d like you to continue proper de-worming and conducting regular exams up to 16 weeks of age or more (or as recommended by the veterinarian).

We cannot guarantee the disposition or temperament, conformation, color, markings or breeding ability of your new puppy. No replacements will be given if the breeds that are known to be prone to hip dyspepsia, are over-weight. Failure to provide your puppy with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care will void this guarantee. This guarantee does not cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including descended testes.
